A vast expanse of nothing, and everything, stretches in front of me.

Endlessness…

Some fear the unknown, but it’s quite peaceful to me; oblivion.I find a sense of balance here, That exists between all things.There is a life to the desert that most people are unable to see.

Earth, fire, the wind and the sky…

It’s beautiful, how the universe works.How you can find peace, happiness and beauty in everything; if you just open your eyes and look.

Look beyond and look within, and you’ll find that true happiness begins with you and stretches far beyond you.

It is strange how you learn these things only after death.But as it is with the desert, though you can not see the life, it is there.

Such is the way of things.You are a small speck in the vastness of the universe.So, so, infinitely small; you are nothing, and everything.

The Apprentice Lives

She sat there, staring unseeingly at the view port.She was thinking about the Sith Lord…she felt so cold; the fear, the anger, the hatred; this man, whoever he was, was consumed by it.Yet she’d had such a strong connection with him.He felt so, familiar.Could it be? She thought…but no, that was impossible.Anakin…Anakin was dead, gone, and besides, her master could never be so vile.

She dismissed the thought as quickly as it had come, but it still lingered, somewhere at the edge of her consciousness.

Ahsoka was confused, her vision was clouded.Her feelings were not permitting her to see things clearly, to see this man, this dark lord of the Sith for who he really was.She was afraid, afraid of the truth…but how could she be? She thought she’d moved on from this.From the loss of the Jedi, the loss of her friends, her master…

She promised herself that she would find the truth, however hard it may be, however long it may take.This feeling was causing her so much pain…she just had to know…

The Light Of A Jedi

I am a Jedi.It’s dangerous to be a Jedi right now.Because right now, the galaxy wants the Jedi dead.
The Jedi religion was pure.It was good, and it was practiced with the sole intention of protecting the light.But as the Clone war began, we forgot who we are, and what we stand for.We got so caught up in destroying the Sith and destroying the separatists that our vision was clouded to a point where we couldn’t see real danger even when it was staring straight in our faces.We didn’t control ourselves anymore, we forgot our training.Even master Yoda, 900 years old, allowed his fear to consume him.We all did…
Doubt, confusion and chaos, things that the galaxy has always had plenty of, were always controlled by the Jedi and replaced with hope.But when the war began, even the Jedi lost themselves in in a well of suffering.So there was no one left to spread hope, no one left who believed.We had become the very thing we’d sworn to destroy.Oh the irony, when our true beliefs taught us never to destroy anything…and so the Sith took over.We were already consumed by the Darkness, so we couldn’t even fight it.And The Galaxy fell into turmoil like never before.
Now, when I look through the force, I see no balance, no light, the connection I was so strong with before, gone.To be replaced with evil.An all powerful Darkness.It engulfs us, controlling the galaxy completely.

One day, not so long ago, my team and I were on a mission, and although I rarely use the force these days,(just because the fact that I’m a Jedi endangers everyone around me) I meditated and I saw something that I hadn’t seen in ages.A force.A force of light so strong it had to be a Jedi.It was the light of a youngling.The purest form of light there is in the galaxy, but I hadn’t felt it since the Jedi purge, and that was a long time ago, when I was merely a Padawan myself…It was like being reunited with an old friend.The innocence and positivity of a youngling is like no other.They no nothing of greed, power, hatred, doubt or mistrust; only love, and serenity.Their presence is like a warm hug, an overpoweringly bright light.I missed that feeling so much,I had to find it’s source.

And so I did…His name is Ezra.

Something Out Of A Dream.

She stood there, staring out at the lake…or was it a river?…An Ocean! Her eyes went wide, wide as the water body in front of her.

She breathed.

It was fresh, and clean, she loved it.She didn’t know there was this much green in the whole galaxy.But she didn’t know much about the galaxy…all her life she’d lived on Jakku. Always wanting to leave, but still, always staying.Waiting.Hoping.They’d be back, one day, she just felt it.And she really, really wanted it…

Her thoughts were punctured by Han Solo calling out to her.She was actually with him.The Han Solo.This couldn’t be real…she was just Rey…It was like, something out of a dream.

There is another…

She landed her ship a little further away from where she sensed the boy was.She thought it best to give him the option to leave, rather than springing up and forcing her presence on him. A strange sensation filled her…nostalgia? She let it pass…

They had never met before…but he knew something about her, and she knew…a little more than something about him.

She approached the cave with caution, who knew what sorts of creatures dwelled in the lower levels of this swamp…

As she entered the cave, she lit a flashlight, thinking that igniting her lightsabers would probably come off as threatening, and she was here to make friends.

She’d walked for a rather short while when she spotted him; he was a lot smaller then she expected…with a horrible pang ,she remembered Anakin.

“Hello”,she said, “You’re a hard man to find, you know?”

Getting off the floor, smiling, he said, “I’m Luke, How did you find me?”

“Oh,When you need help, the force provides…and, a little experience always helps.”

“Who are you?”, he replied, looking slightly sceptical.

She sighed. “The name’s Ahsoka Tano” ,you’re stuck with me, Skyguy…Though she didn’t say the later out loud…it was true:)

Bye-Bye Barris

I don’t know what’s happening to the Jedi.Master Windu said it himself,’We are keepers of the peace, not soldiers,’But now he’s a general and he’s fighting a war. Ahsoka told me that Master Kenobi was protecting the queen of Naboo once and Refused to fight a war for her to liberate her planet from the trade federation because it was against the Jedi code…Now he’s a general too, and I’m a military commander!My entire Padawan training has been on battlefields…I feel traitorous!Even when I meditate, I can sense the darkness, surrounding us, closing in on us, and slowly engulfing us.It has to be stopped! I can’t continue to blindly serve an order that ceases to exist…Ugh!The oder are the ones who are blind.We’re becoming the very thing we swore to destroy.The Jedi and the Republic are failing! I can’t just sit here, I have to do something about it; but when I do, I will be named a traitor, not the rest of the Jedi.I can’t believe they don’t see it.Not even master Yoda thinks we are in danger.This is not the Jedi way.It is almost the way of the Sith.I am not going to turn over to the dark side, the thought is unbearable…but the rest of the Jedi might, and I don’t want to be one when they do.

Ah, that little droid, he thought as he sat down to talk to Luke.What was he going to tell the boy?Oh!You know your father was my Padawan and he turned to the dark side in an attempt to save your mother so I cut off his arms and legs and let him burn in lava which caused her to loose the will to live and die right after giving birth to you and and your sister Leia, who is the princess of Alderaan.Yes, she is the girl in the hologram.He had been dreading this day since he’d landed on that dust ball, and having Anakin’s beloved droid around didn’t really help.The pain of loosing him was felt so fresh and he couldn’t even begin to imagine how Ahsoka felt about it.If only he could find her, they could have brought him back, together. “Anaikin was a good friend”,he said,”and a cunning warrior”.He had to choose his words very carefully, only because he couldn’t bare what Luke would think of him if he knew the truth.The young Jedi Ezra had not revealed Obi-Wan’s existence to anybody, but now it was time for him to do that himself.Luke would learn about his family eventually, when he was a trained Jedi.It was his destiny.Senator Organa and the Rebels needed help and he was their only hope.

Lesson Three

Luke’s third lesson for Rey was a test.To see if she could open her mind to the force and if she had the will of a true Jedi.He tells her there’s a fire raging on the far side of the island and then goes about his business.Conflict!Pain!Death!she heard, but did not feel.She rushed to save them, without stopping to think.She Raced across the shore at full speed.If Luke wasn’t going to do anything,she would have to be the one to save this sacred island.She arrived at a local party with warm fires crackling merrily in every hut.She was disappointed.Not only in Luke,for his misinformation, but in herself.If she wanted to be a Jedi,she would have to start acting like one…thinking like one.”I shouldn’t be mad at him”,she told herself as she walked back to the temple,”it wasn’t his fault.This was a test, and I failed.”

Lesson One

Rey was training with Luke on Ahch-To and after sensing the Balance and the light side of the force she noticed the dark.It offered her something that she wanted so she yielded and gave herself up to it.She didn’t even try to resist.

He’d seen this raw strength only once before, in Ben Solo.It didn’t scare him enough then, but it did now.
