Listen to the wind, blowing softly, rustling the trees, lightly lifting your hair.Feel it, as it touches your face; it’s cool, and calm.

Listen to the people, milling around; chatting, sitting, enjoying the view.Listen to their feet, their boots, as they walk on the gravely ground.

Listen to their hearts.Beating, beating.

Breathe.

Now, listen to your heart.
